Day One - It wasn't what I expected

It finally arrived....the first day of the rest of my life!

This time last year, I could only dream about this moment but here I am up to my eyeballs in work that is all for me! Well you, but also me....you get the picture!

I had planned to have loads of things ready to launch from today and I intended to work on the business whilst serving out my notice period at my last job. Sadly, life got right in the way and I had a bit of a turbulent time and it was simply just too much for little old me to take on at the time, so I pressed paused and concentrated on one thing at a time - best decision I could have made to be honest.

However, it brings me to today and I have a to-do list as long as my arm to get through. I am feeling pretty good though, so good in fact, that I woke up 90 minutes before my alarm this morning and was raring to go....was that excitement or nerves?! Who knows.

Either way, I took the day in my stride and worked easily though my list. It's funny how appealing terms and conditions can be when they are your own!!!

I took a morning, lunch and afternoon break today - something which is very rare and unusual for me. I kinda liked it though! Here's what I got up to on my afternoon break...

Day one is officially done - I am absolutely over the moon and I cannot wait to share all of the fantastic things that Organise Happy CIC will have to offer you.
